The report found that 214 condos and lofts sold in 2025 at an average of $612 per square foot, a 5.76% decrease from the prior year. Average days on market were 79, indicating balanced market conditions. Leasing activity remained strong, with 436 leases signed at an average rent of $3.10 per square foot. The top five buildings by sales volume were Bunker Hill Tower, Evo, Promenade, SB Grand and MURA.
