The new location serving a full menu of breakfast, brunch and lunch opens its doors on Monday, December 16th in Missouri City, Texas

Situated at 9004 Sienna Crossing Drive, #200 at Sienna Crossing, this new 4,986-square-foot restaurant seats over 184 guests, features a covered patio for outdoor dining, and boasts an indoor brunch bar serving signature housemade fresh juices. Approximately 45 employees will be working at the new location.

To celebrate the grand opening of the Sienna Crossing location, customers dining in-restaurant during the first five days of business will receive complimentary coffee with their meal. Additionally, the first 120 visitors to the restaurant will receive a custom reusable travel mug.

First Watch offers a carefully curated menu showcasing inventive twists on traditional breakfast, brunch, and lunch dishes made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Highlights include Avocado Toast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict, Farm Stand Breakfast Tacos, and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes. The restaurant also offers a range of healthy options such as house-made granola, organic greens, cage-free eggs, and fresh-squeezed juices.

In addition to a fresh juice bar offering delicious options like the Morning Meditation, First Watch Sienna Crossing features a brunch cocktail program with signature creations like the Blackberry Bramble Sangria and Cinnamon Toast Cereal Milk.

With a rotating seasonal menu that highlights the best ingredients in season, First Watch offers dishes like Crab Avocado Toast, Pumpkin Pancake Breakfast, Elote Mexican Street Corn Hash, and Watermelon Wake-Up fresh juice.

The interior of the restaurant showcases warm blue tones, quartz countertops, and a subway-tile backsplash, in line with First Watch's Urban Farm design prototype. A grab-and-go retail area offers Sweet Street desserts and Project Sunrise coffee. Communal tables, patio seating, and a casual atmosphere make First Watch a great spot for guests to enjoy a meal or work remotely.

First Watch Sienna Crossing is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for pickup, delivery, and dine-in service, offering complimentary newspapers and free Wi-Fi internet access.
